Returns

If you have bought a watch from us face to face at our store and you decide when you get home that you purchased the wrong watch we can offer you a full credit note or an exchange, you must let us know within 48 hours of the purchase.

To be eligible for a credit note or an exchange the watch must be unused and in the same condition. You must also have our sales receipt, box and any relevant booklets and warranty papers, plus watch bracelets links or extra straps.

A refund will be given if the watch is found to be faulty within 30 days after purchase or we can have it repaired for you, under our warranty.

For Online purchases we offer a 14 day refund, the watch must be unused and in the same condition. 

Returning the products

You will be liable for all postage and packaging and the product must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that it is trackable and insured during transit.
